The lighting of this space, based on the artistic integration of architecture with natural landscapes, is very aesthetically pleasing. The lighting design is designed to present a dynamic and sensitive experience using indirect lighting and gradual color changes of LEDs. These color changes are in precise harmony with the transformations of nature at dusk and provide a soft and relaxing visual experience to the audience. The combination of colored lights with a large ceiling that extends towards the ocean creates a better sense of open space and connection to nature.
From a functional and practical perspective, the lighting design has responded well to the architectural needs and specific environment of this space. In an area where strong winds and damage from sea salt are present, the use of exposed concrete to prevent erosion, along with the absence of direct lighting on the ceiling, is a smart decision in industrial design. Indirect lighting directed upwards from behind the walls gives the space an attractive and modern look without creating an intrusive glare and prevents negative environmental effects.
The building’s simple, geometric form, with an emphasis on open space and soft light, is inspired by Japanese architecture and its interaction with nature. The design also references the luminous nature of the night sky and the moon over the sea, offering the audience a unique experience of combining natural and artificial light.
