Frequently Asked Questions for Bol à matcha / Kyoto TEDUKA SEKIUN "Tsuki Usagi" Hojicha he adopted the name Shundei Collaboration
What should I check in an order confirmation?
Check whether the message confirms acceptance or only receipt of your request. Look for the current status rather than assuming the purchase has already been provided.
How can I find an order reference that I no longer have?
Check whether several similar purchases could be confused before selecting a record. If the order cannot be found, ask for the documented next step rather than assuming it never existed.
What should I check before asking to combine separate orders?
Do not infer completion merely because one account entry disappears. Proceed only with the combination process the seller has confirmed.
