What should I check before selecting boxes during checkout?
Look for any change in the total after making selections. Ask for clarification before accepting an important unexplained condition.
What should I verify before marking a support request as resolved?

What should I clarify if I need more time to decide on an offer?
Keep any extension acknowledgment with the original offer details. Avoid sending repeated extension requests through several channels at once.
